BookflowR

BookflowR builds websites with bookings for businesses; this directory helps people find them. Being listed here doesn’t commit you to anything.

Business directory: legal information

Last updated: 04/11/2026

How the BookflowR business directory works, what data it publishes and how to remove a listing.

1. Controller

BK Modules LLC (https://bookflowr.com/) is responsible for this directory. Contact: bookflowr@bookflowr.com.

2. What we publish

For businesses that are not BookflowR customers we publish only their trade name, the address of their premises, the town, the activity and the specialties, described in our own words. Never phone numbers, emails, photos, logos, reviews or copied texts. We do not publish listings whose trade name is a person’s name.

BookflowR customers appear with the details of their own website and can opt out from their dashboard.

Businesses with a website on BookflowR come first, on any plan; then the rest, by distance from the place searched or, with no place, alphabetically.

3. Where the data comes from

From OpenStreetMap (© OpenStreetMap contributors, data available under the Open Database License, ODbL: openstreetmap.org/copyright) and from the business’s own public website. We do not use other directories or third-party map services.

4. Purpose and legal basis

Helping people looking for a service find where it is. The basis is legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f GDPR and art. 19 of the Spanish LOPDGDD, contact details of companies and entrepreneurs). The generic email published on a company’s website is only used for a single informative notice and to send the code when someone says the listing is theirs.

5. Your rights

You can access, rectify or erase your data, object to or restrict its processing by writing to bookflowr@bookflowr.com. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) or your local authority.

6. Removing a listing

Every listing has “Is this your business?” with the option to remove it: it stops appearing right away, no questions asked (if many requests arrive on the same day, we review it first), and within a few days it is removed for good. If you received our notice, its link lets you correct the details or remove the listing directly.

7. Retention

While the listing is published. After removal we keep only the minimum (name, town, domain or tax ID) so it is not published again, plus a record of the request (date, browser and an encrypted fingerprint of the IP, never the IP itself). Contact details of people who ask to manage a listing by hand are deleted 12 months after their request is resolved.
