Cookie Policy
Last updated: 13/07/2026
This policy explains which cookies and similar technologies https://bookflowr.com/ uses and how you can manage them, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable e-Privacy legislation.
1. What are cookies?
A cookie is a small file or identifier that a website stores on your device when you visit it. They allow the site to function, keep your session active, remember preferences, and measure service usage.
2. Categories we use
- Necessary (technical): essential for security, session management, CSRF protection, language, forms, and consent management. They cannot be disabled; without them the service does not function properly.
- Preferences: remember non-essential settings such as color theme or language.
- Analytics: measure visits and aggregate usage to improve the service (Google Analytics 4, only if enabled by the business).
- Marketing: measure campaign performance or display personalized content (Google Tag Manager, only if enabled by the business).
Non-essential cookies are not loaded until the user accepts them through the consent panel.
3. Embedded content (maps and videos)
To avoid degrading the user experience, this site may display embedded maps and videos using privacy-oriented variants: Google Maps Embed API and OpenStreetMap/Leaflet for maps, and youtube-nocookie.com for videos. These integrations do not set advertising cookies until the user interacts with the content. The provider may receive technical data (IP, user agent) necessary to deliver the content. This loading relies on the legitimate interest of displaying requested content and, for certified US providers, on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
4. Consent management
You can accept, reject, or customize cookie categories from the banner displayed on your first visit, and modify your choice at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the footer. Your choice is stored in your own browser and, in aggregate and non-personal form, in our compliance records.
5. Third-party cookies
When a customer business enables optional tools on its landing page (analytics, marketing, videos), the corresponding providers may set their own cookies according to their respective policies: Google, Meta, YouTube, etc. BK Modules does not control those cookies.
