Do I need to install anything? Does it work on mobile?

Nothing to install: you use a browser on any device, and the dashboard is built to be used standing up with your phone.

There is nothing to install. BookflowR runs in your browser —on a computer, a tablet or a phone— and everything you need to work (calendar, client record, creating an appointment) is designed for fingers, not just for a mouse.

If you work from your phone, add the dashboard to your home screen from the browser menu: it opens like any other app, and you can enable browser notifications in Notifications to hear about a new booking even with the dashboard closed.

If you lose signal with the dashboard already open, the calendar you were looking at is still visible: a copy is kept on the device itself. Creating or changing something does need a connection, because an appointment made blind could clash with one that came in through the website meanwhile.

What should I set up first after creating my business? Start with business details, services, schedules and notification channels. I cannot find where to change something, how do I search for it? The editor has a search box ("What do you want to change?") that also finds settings living in the dashboard. Where do I change my business name, logo, phone or address? All in My company. The only thing that cannot be changed later is the business type. How do I change my password or my profile photo? In My profile. The login email cannot be changed there: write to us and we will do it. Can I manage several businesses with the same account? Yes. Each business has its own data, website and plan; you switch between them from the top bar. Can you build the website for me? Yes, with the "All set" service: you tell us about your business and we hand it over ready.
