What do I do if the import shows errors or does not recognise my services? You can fix the separator, the encoding and the date order, and say which of your services each name matches, without uploading the file again. Can I undo an import? Yes, for 24 hours, from the final screen or from the list of previous imports. How do I download a copy of my data?
