What do I do if the import shows errors or does not recognise my services?
You can fix the separator, the encoding and the date order, and say which of your services each name matches, without uploading the file again.

The review screen separates two things: errors keep the row out (an impossible phone number, an unreadable date, a duplicate) and warnings let it in while telling you something (an appointment outside opening hours, a truncated text). Each reason is grouped so you can see how many rows it affects.
If the file looks wrong, with everything in one column, broken accents or swapped dates, fix the separator, the encoding or the date order in "How we read your file". There is no need to upload anything again.
If your previous software used different names, BookflowR asks you once per distinct name which of your services, staff members, locations or passes it matches. Several names can point to the same service, which is what usually happens when the old system wrote it in three different ways.
If a staff member or a location no longer exists, the appointment is still imported without that detail; only the service, or the pass in its template, are mandatory. And a name still pending translation never invalidates the file.
