How do I bring my clients and appointments from my previous software?

Upload a CSV or Excel file in My company › Import and export: the whole file is checked before anything is saved, and you confirm.

Go to My company › Import and export. You can import clients, appointments and passes from a CSV, TSV or Excel (XLSX) file, up to 5 MB and 20,000 rows. Only the business owner can import.

There are three steps: you upload the file, BookflowR reads and checks it completely (columns, phone numbers, dates, duplicates) and nothing is saved until you confirm. Before confirming you see how many rows will be imported, which ones will not and why.

If you are not sure how to prepare the file, download the template from that same screen: it comes with your services, your staff and your custom fields, plus a help sheet explaining every column.

The recommended order is clients, then appointments and finally passes. Even so, if the client of an appointment does not exist yet, it is created from that row.

Importing does not send any message to your clients. Future appointments you import will get their normal reminders later on.
