What is the My appointments portal?

A public access point where clients can view and manage appointments without creating an account.

The My appointments portal lets clients view upcoming appointments and, if allowed, cancel or reschedule them. No password is required: they receive a link or code through the channel you configure.

Where do I see a client history and their notes? In the client record: their appointments, passes, details and the notes only you can see. Can I request custom data during booking? Yes, you can add custom fields and decide which ones are required. Can the client cancel or change their appointment on their own? Yes, if you enable it: you decide how many hours in advance it is allowed. Can I change the name and the look of my client screens? Yes: in My website you choose what the client area is called, how people get in and which sections show; the style is chosen while seeing the result. How do I avoid fake bookings or people who never show up? With bookings pending approval, required fields, reminders and, if needed, services only for known clients.
