How do I change plan or review my subscription?

Subscription, payment methods and billing are in the Billing section of the dashboard.

In Subscription you can review your current plan, compare limits and change plan. Payments are processed with Stripe and billing details are managed from Billing.

If you have a promo code, enter it before confirming the change.

What does the 30-day trial include? A new business starts with 30 days of the mid-tier plan features, no card and no paperwork. What happens if I exceed the appointments included in my plan? We warn you before you reach the limit and there is margin above it: bookings are not cut off abruptly. Where do I download my invoices and how do I set my tax details? In Billing: tax address with your tax id, and every invoice as a PDF. Can I charge for appointments in advance by card? Not yet: today you state the payment method and charge at the business. It is on the roadmap. How do I cancel my subscription and what happens to my data? Cancel whenever you want: it stays active until the end of the paid period and then you move to the free plan, with your data intact.
