Can I charge for appointments in advance by card?

Not yet: today you state the payment method and charge at the business. It is on the roadmap.

Not yet. Today BookflowR handles the booking, not payment from the end client: in Bookings you state which payment methods you accept and whether they show on your website, and you charge at your business as always.

Passes and memberships work the same way: they are issued from the dashboard and their price is informational, so you know what you sold.

Online card payment and booking deposits are on the roadmap. In the meantime, three things work well against no-shows: requiring confirmation, sending reminders and limiting certain services to known clients or pass holders.

What is charged by card is your BookflowR subscription, through Stripe.
