How do I cancel my subscription and what happens to my data?
Cancel whenever you want: it stays active until the end of the paid period and then you move to the free plan, with your data intact.

You can cancel whenever you want from Subscription. There is no lock-in and no penalty.
The subscription stays active until the end of the period you already paid for —it is not cut off the same day— and after that the business moves to the free plan. Your appointments, your clients and your website are still there: what you lose are the paid plan features.
If you also want to take your data with you, export clients, appointments and passes from My company › Import and export before or after cancelling; it makes no difference, nothing is deleted by cancelling.
Deleting the business is a different thing, requested from My company, and there is a grace period before permanent deletion in case you change your mind.
