Which notification channels can I enable?

Email, WhatsApp Cloud API and Telegram, with events configurable per channel.

In Communication you can enable email, WhatsApp Cloud API and Telegram. Then choose which events are sent through each channel: appointment created, confirmed, cancelled and 24 h or 2 h reminders.

Email can use the default BookflowR sender or your own SMTP if configured.

From Communication › Connections, with your professional Instagram account. It is for direct messages, not for posting. When are reminders sent and can I change the text? They are sent with the notice you choose, respecting your quiet hours, and the texts are edited per channel. Why did a client not get the WhatsApp message? A WhatsApp notice goes out if the client wrote in the last 24 hours; otherwise the same notice goes by email or Telegram. Can I see whether a notice failed and send it again? Yes: Communication › History keeps every send with its status and reason, and lets you retry.
