How do I connect Facebook Messenger?

In Communication › Connections add the Messenger channel and sign in with your Facebook account. If you manage several pages, you are asked to choose the business one; the assistant will only reply there.

We ask for the minimum permissions: list your pages and read and reply to their messages. That cannot post on your wall or access your content, and you can revoke it any time from Facebook.

Messenger is conversation only: the assistant answers people who write to you, replies to questions and can book. Reminders and confirmations do not go out through this channel; they go by email, WhatsApp or Telegram.

It is available on the plans that include this channel. If your dashboard shows it as "Coming soon", it is not enabled yet; we will announce it in the changelog.
