How do I connect Instagram?
From Communication › Connections, with your professional Instagram account. It is for direct messages, not for posting.

In Communication › Connections add the Instagram channel and authorise with your account. It has to be a professional account (business or creator): personal accounts do not allow an app to reply to their messages.
We only ask for permission to read and reply to direct messages. We cannot post, see your insights or touch your comments, and you can review or revoke each permission from the Instagram app itself.
Like Messenger, Instagram is conversation only: the assistant handles DMs and can take bookings, but reminders and confirmations go out by email, WhatsApp or Telegram.
It is available on the plans that include this channel. If your dashboard shows it as "Coming soon", it is not enabled yet; we will announce it in the changelog.
