Does sending notices to my clients cost anything?

You do not pay per message: it is included in your plan. Usage shows how much you consume.

You do not pay per message sent. Email, Telegram and WhatsApp are included in your plan, and the cost WhatsApp has at Meta is absorbed by BookflowR.

Consumption is measured all the same and you can see it in Usage, together with the appointments in your cycle and the AI assistant messages. That way you can see which channel you really use, with no surprises.

Your plan quotas (appointments per month, assistant messages) are what tell you when it is worth moving up a plan; confirmation and reminder notices are not charged separately.
