How do I sell passes or memberships to my clients?

Create the pass in My company › Passes, give it to the client and the balance is deducted automatically when booking.

Updated 02 Sep 2026

In My company › Passes you create the product: a session pass ("10 classes", "5 haircuts") or a time-based membership ("one month"), with or without a session limit. You can set an expiry date, a weekly usage cap and which services it covers; if you pick none, it covers all of them.

The pass is given to a client from their record, with a note if you want to record how they paid. Payment is not taken here: the price is informational, so you know what you sold.

The balance is deducted automatically when the client books a covered service, and returned if the appointment is cancelled. A no-show uses up the session, which is what prevents abuse. If someone holds several passes, the one expiring first is used first.

A pass is not deleted, it is revoked: that way the history of what someone paid does not disappear. And if you want a service to be available only to pass holders, you set that in the service itself.
