Bookings and calendar

What is configured on the Bookings screen?

It is the control panel for how your client books: times, form fields, cancellation, prices and legal texts.

Updated 02 Sep 2026

Bookings is where you decide how your clients book. It is organised in sections:

  • Online bookings: accept bookings or keep the website as a showcase only.
  • Price visibility: show prices on the website and in the dashboard, and whether the client can pick a staff member.
  • Time restrictions: minimum notice to book and how many days ahead.
  • Appointment settings: the status new appointments get (confirmed or pending), how often a time is offered and when a day is marked as "almost full".
  • Form fields: what data you ask for and which fields are required, including your own custom ones.
  • Waitlist: enable it, notify only those who asked for it, and how long each entry is kept.
  • Cancellation and changes: whether clients can cancel or reschedule on their own and with how much notice.
  • Payment methods: which payment methods you accept and whether they are shown on the website.
  • Dashboard notifications: visual and sound alert when a booking comes in.
  • Legal: terms, privacy, cookies and the acceptance step before confirming.

Everything is saved at once and applies equally to your website, the iframe and the assistant: there is no second place configuring the same thing.
